1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Chat2Sites is an AI-powered website builder. It allows you to describe your site in natural language, generate static websites through conversational AI, preview them in real time, and publish to production hosting.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Service and any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You should only provide content that you have the right to share and are comfortable sharing with others.

4. Prohibited Content

Chat2Sites is for legitimate business and personal websites. We do not generate, host, or publish sites that contain prohibited content. You may not use the Service to create or request websites that include:

• Politically sensitive content, propaganda, or sites primarily intended to influence elections or public opinion on divisive political issues
• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult-only content
• Racial, ethnic, or other hate-based discrimination, slurs, or harassment

If you submit prompts or content that fall into these categories, we may refuse to generate the site, remove content, suspend publishing, or terminate your account. Report concerns to team@chat2sites.com.

5. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to use some of our services. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your email and sign-in codes, and for any activity under your account.

6. Account Usage and Abuse

Each user is permitted to maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit the free tier, promotional credits, or other offers
• Creating accounts to circumvent account restrictions or limitations
• Creating accounts to artificially inflate usage statistics or manipulate our systems
• Creating accounts to evade account suspensions or bans

is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend any accounts we determine to be in violation of this policy, without prior notice or liability. We may also take additional actions including but not limited to:

• Permanently banning all associated accounts
• Blocking access to our services from associated IP addresses
• Taking legal action where appropriate

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Chat2Sites offers free and paid subscription plans (such as Pro and Max). Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment partner, Creem. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us and Creem to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

• Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice for future billing periods.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time by opening the sidebar profile menu and choosing Manage billing, or by contacting support. If you cancel, you typically retain access until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
• Credits and plan limits are tied to your active subscription tier and billing period as described on the pricing page.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Billing disputes may also be handled by Creem as the merchant of record.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Chat2Sites and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

10. Content Usage

While Chat2Sites generates websites and related assets for you, it is your responsibility to ensure that the use of this content complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright, trademark, and privacy laws.

11. Service Limitations

Chat2Sites provides AI-generated websites and content, but we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, security, or suitability for any specific purpose. Users should review generated sites before publishing and make edits as necessary.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Chat2Sites, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

14. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
